White-label billing FAQs
Can I use my own domain for the customer portal?
Premium and Enterprise include a custom portal domain, so customers log in at an address such as billing.yourcompany.co.uk. We help with the DNS and certificate set-up. On Startup and Standard the portal uses an address on our domain but still carries your branding.
How do I change the branding on invoices?
You send us your logo, colours and any layout preferences, and we configure the templates. Startup invoices carry your logo; Standard adds full brand colours and fonts. A bespoke invoice design is available on Premium and included on Enterprise, or can be built through Remote Hands.
Will my customers know the platform is powered by Safe Online Billing?
Invoices, emails and the portal carry your branding rather than ours. To keep our name out of the portal address and the email sender, use a custom portal domain (Premium and Enterprise) and send email from your own address.
Can I customise the emails sent to customers?
Yes. From the Standard package upwards, billing notifications, payment emails and statements go out from your own email address with your branding, and you can edit the wording of each template.
Does white-labelling cost extra?
There is no separate white-label fee. Your logo on invoices and the portal is included in every package. Larger packages add brand colours and fonts, a custom domain, and dealer or per-reseller branding for child accounts, which is an add-on on Premium and included on Enterprise.
