The challenge
International inbound numbers are not simple to bill. Gtele works with many carriers, and each one sends its call data in a different format. Bringing all of that together accurately is a real task in itself.
Those carriers also change their pricing often. Every change has to be passed through correctly, or the billing drifts out of line with the true cost. Doing this by hand, across so many suppliers, would be heavy work and easy to get wrong.
What we do
