Recurring Billing Software for Telecoms
Line rentals, hosted services, equipment charges and software licences all sit on a regular cycle, and once you are running more than a handful of customers, keeping the spreadsheet in line stops being a sensible use of anyone’s week.
Our telecoms billing software handles every type of recurring charge. Once it is set up, it bills correctly every cycle without you touching it, and prorates fairly when services change mid-month.
What recurring billing covers
Recurring billing means any charge you raise on a regular cycle, rather than one-off. For a telecoms reseller, that is line rentals, hosted services, equipment, support and licences, all running together on a single bill.
Our billing software sets each charge up once and then handles the cycle on its own, including prorating when services change mid-month and tracking contract end dates so you do not lose track of renewals.
Every Type of Recurring Charge
Whatever you bill on a regular basis, the platform handles it.
Line Rentals
Manage monthly line rental charges across all your customers. Set them up once and let the platform handle the rest.
Subscriptions
Software licences, hosted services, and add-on subscriptions. Bill them accurately every cycle.
Equipment Rentals
Handsets, routers, and hardware on monthly rental. Track assets and billing in one place.
Contracts
Fixed-term contracts with start dates, end dates, and automatic renewal handling.
Licences
Per-seat or per-user licences that scale with your customers' needs.
Bundles
Group related services into packages. One price, multiple components, clear on the invoice.
Flexible Billing Cycles
Not every customer bills on the same cycle. Some are monthly. Others are quarterly or annual.
- ✓ Monthly, quarterly, or annual billing
- ✓ Custom billing dates per customer
- ✓ Advance or arrears billing
- ✓ Automated prorating for mid-cycle changes
- ✓ Aligned or anniversary billing dates
The platform calculates prorated amounts automatically. Add a service mid-month, and the first invoice is adjusted to the day.
Advanced Features
Real-world billing is more than just repeating the same charge. Things change, and the platform keeps up.
Upgrades & Downgrades
Customers change plans. The platform handles mid-cycle changes with automatic prorating. No manual adjustments needed.
Renewal Notifications
Alert customers before contracts renew. Give them time to review and reduce disputes.
Trial Periods
Offer free trials that convert to paid subscriptions automatically. Set the duration and forget about it.
Usage-Based Components
Combine fixed recurring charges with variable usage. One invoice covers everything.
Bulk Operations
When you need to change prices or add charges across many customers, doing them one at a time isn't practical.
Price Updates
Apply price changes across all customers or selected groups. Set an effective date and the platform handles the rest.
New Charge Rollouts
Adding a new service charge? Apply it to the right customers in one go, not one by one.
CSV Import
Upload changes via CSV for maximum flexibility. Ideal for large-scale updates from external systems.
Clear Invoice Presentation
Your customers need to understand what they're paying for. Confused customers create support calls.
- ✓ Grouped by service type or site
- ✓ Clear descriptions for every charge
- ✓ Prorating shown with date ranges
- ✓ Bundle components broken down
- ✓ Usage and recurring charges together
Combined with CDR processing, your invoices show the complete picture: recurring charges and usage on one bill.

Recurring billing FAQs
How does prorating work for mid-cycle changes?
If a customer upgrades, downgrades, or adds a new service part-way through a billing period, the platform automatically calculates the prorated charge. They are only billed for the days they actually had the service. No manual adjustments, no awkward credit notes.
Can I bill different customers on different billing cycles?
Yes. You can run monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles side by side, and you can set the billing day per customer. Some resellers bill everyone on the 1st. Others align invoices to when the customer signed up. Either works.
What happens at contract end or renewal?
The platform flags upcoming contract ends so you can contact the customer in time. Renewals can be set to auto-continue on the existing terms, or you can require manual confirmation before the new term starts.
Can I bundle recurring rentals with call charges on one invoice?
Yes. A single invoice can combine line rental, broadband, hosted phone system charges, and variable CDR call charges. Your customer gets one bill for everything, which is how resellers usually want to present it.
