Built Carefully, Because It Is Your Billing
We have run billing for UK resellers since 2005. We were not going to bolt an AI onto that lightly. Here is how we have kept it safe:
- ✓ Each person approves their own connection with their normal login and a two-factor code.
- ✓ You choose what the assistant may do: reporting figures, reading records, or making changes. Changes are off by default.
- ✓ The assistant only ever has the permissions of the person behind it. Nothing more.
- ✓ Everything is logged in the audit trail and marked as assistant activity.
- ✓ You can revoke a connection at any time, and administrators have a company-wide off switch.
The connection uses OAuth 2.1, the same sign-in standard used by the largest software platforms. There are no API keys to copy, lose, or leak.

What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to other software safely. Our billing platform includes its own MCP server, so assistants like Claude and ChatGPT can work with your billing data under strict controls.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. If you can type a question into Claude or ChatGPT, you can use it. Connecting takes a few clicks: sign in to the platform, enter your two-factor code, and choose what the assistant is allowed to do.
Can the assistant change my billing data?
Only if you tick that box when you connect. Write access is off by default. Even then, the assistant uses the platform's own approved workflows and confirms significant actions, such as refunds and write-offs, with you first.
What happens if I want to disconnect?
You can revoke any connection yourself, at any time, from the platform. Administrators can also switch off AI access for the whole company in one step. Every query and action the assistant makes is logged in the audit trail.
