CRM for Telecoms Resellers

Most resellers keep their sales in one system and their billing in another. Then they spend the week keeping the two in step. Prices get typed twice. A quote says one thing and the invoice says another.

SAFE CRM removes that gap, because there is no gap to bridge. The sales side and the billing side use the same customer record.

What It Does

Four jobs your sales and credit control teams do every week, in one workspace.

Deal Pipeline

See every open deal on one board, with the monthly revenue attached. Because deal values come from your real tariffs, the forecast matches what you would actually invoice.

Quotes and Proposals

Build a quote from a package, offer two or three options side by side, and let the customer accept it in their browser. The quote is the priced offer, the proposal is how it reaches them. The accepted quote becomes the billing record.

Renewals Radar

Every contract ending in the next 30, 60 or 90 days, with the revenue at stake. The dates come from your own service records, so there is nothing to maintain.

Credit Control

Chase overdue accounts on a schedule instead of from memory. Staged reminders, payment arrangements, and a worklist that tells you who to ring today.

A Pipeline Your Team Will Actually Use

Drag a deal from one stage to the next. Every card shows what the deal is worth each month and whether the margin still works.

  • Your stages, not ours. Run separate pipelines for new business and renewals if they differ.
  • Deals hold real numbers, services and features, not a free-text note.
  • A standing queue of deals that have gone quiet, so nothing drifts.
  • Targets per person and per team, with attainment on the forecast page.

Because the values come from your tariffs, the forecast is a number you can take into a board meeting without a caveat.

Know What Is Coming Up for Renewal

This is the part a separate CRM cannot do. Your contract end dates already live in the billing platform. The renewals radar simply reads them.

  • Everything ending in the next 30, 60 or 90 days, and everything already out of contract.
  • The monthly revenue at stake on each record, so you know what to protect first.
  • A clear note of which contracts already have a renewal deal, and which do not.
  • Create renewal deals in bulk rather than one at a time.

With the PSTN switch-off due in January 2027, this is the queue most resellers need first. There is no spreadsheet to keep up to date, because the dates are already yours.

How It Is Priced

SAFE CRM is a paid add-on. It sits alongside your billing package rather than replacing part of it, so you only pay for it if your team will use it.

What you pay depends on the package you are on and how many people need access. We would rather talk it through than publish a number that turns out to be wrong for you.

You can see how the add-on sits against each package on our pricing page.

Questions About SAFE CRM

The questions resellers ask us before they add it, answered plainly.

How much does SAFE CRM cost?

It is a paid add-on rather than part of the core billing packages. The price depends on the package you are on and how many people need access. Ask us for a figure and we will give you a straight one.

Do I need the SAFE Billing Platform to use it?

Standalone use is supported, but it is not where the CRM is strongest. The pipeline, quoting and follow-up features work on their own. The renewals radar, margin checks and credit control all read live billing data, so without it they have far less to work with. Most customers run both.

Will my sales team need to learn the billing system?

No. The CRM is its own workspace with its own login permissions. A salesperson sees deals and quotes without being dropped into billing runs. You decide who sees what, section by section.

What happens to a quote when the customer says yes?

It becomes the billing record. The products on the quote carry your real tariffs, and on the go-live date you set they start billing. Nobody types the order into a second system, so the first invoice matches what the customer agreed.

Is our data safe if sales and billing share one system?

Yes. Sharing data is not the same as sharing screens. Access is controlled per section and per person, so a rep can be given deals without invoices, and a credit controller can be given chase queues without the sales forecast. Everything stays inside one audit trail. One record also means one correct answer, which is what the ICO's accuracy principle asks of you.

When can I try it?

Soon. We are finishing testing with early access customers now. Get in touch and we will add you to the early access list.
