The Startup Package covers monthly CDR rating, recurring charges, invoices with your logo and a customer portal for invoice downloads, for resellers billing up to 120 customers.
It costs from £20 a month, the lowest published entry price we know of for a standalone UK telecoms billing platform, with no setup fee and no minimum term, in four sizes. Payment collection, brand colours and more carriers start at the Standard Package.

Common questions
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee for the Startup Package. You pay from £20/month from the start.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move to the Standard, Premium or Enterprise package, or to a larger size within Startup, and your data and settings carry across.
What about payment collection?
Automated Direct Debit and card collection is available from the Standard Package upwards. On the Startup Package, customers pay you directly and you record the payments in the platform.
What happens if I outgrow my size?
Each size has limits on customers, users, monthly revenue and calls. When you approach them, move to the next size: the price and limits change, and your set-up stays as it is.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. The Startup Package runs month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Can I have more than one carrier?
The Startup Package supports one carrier. If you need multiple carriers, the Standard Package supports up to five.
